NLP · ONLINE ACROSS CALIFORNIA
Online NLP Practitioner in California
I offer online NLP interventions across California for adults who desire positive changes. I may use SMART goal and Parts Integration, combined with psychotherapy, when these tools fit your objectives.
Start where you are
Does this sound familiar?

You may be intelligent and high functioning and still feel caught in ruminating thoughts. NLP gives you a way to examine the words, patterns and behaviors in order to practice a different outcome, while understanding the purpose of the past pattern or behavior.
- I feel stuck even though I have thought about the problem from every angle.
- Indecisiveness is taking energy away from the goals I care about.
- I start with a good intention but lose momentum before the goal becomes a routine.
- The way I talk to myself makes a hard situation feel even harder.
How NLP works
Mind, language, and behavior
NLP is, in my words, “working with the mind, language and behavior to create successful positive changes.” It offers a practical way to notice how an experience is organized: the words you use, the picture you hold, the response you rehearse, and the choices that follow.
SMART goals and Parts Integration

The Acronym for SMART goals: Specific, Measured, Achievable, Reasonable and Timed. An important objective can become a defined next action with a way to notice progress and a time frame that gives the action a place in everyday life. The goal stays internally motivated and momentum often increases.
Parts Integration can help you explore the different parts of a decision that appear to be in conflict: part of you wants one thing while a different part desires something different. The work is not about shaming any part. It is about listening for the useful intention underneath the conflict and working toward a more congruent decision.
I also describe NLP as decoding the recipe for a good decision. Together we can look at what made a past choice work, what information was present, what values were being honored and what needs to change. Rehearsal can make the new response more familiar, so when you practice it in your life it already seems familiar.
Goals and growth
Goal Achievement with scientific-proven steps

Goal achievement rarely depends on motivation alone. A goal can feel out of reach when disbelief, low self-esteem, shame, or feelings of inadequacy make the first step hard to name. Apathy or depression can reduce the energy available for planning. Introversion may make exposure to a new setting feel especially demanding, while imposter syndrome can make progress feel undeserved.
I help you turn a large goal into smaller, realistic steps. That may include preparing for a performance, making a decision, setting a boundary, returning to a creative project, or finding language for a conversation you have been avoiding. Each step can be specific enough to practice and flexible enough to respect the reality of your life.
NLP can give you a structured way to notice the difference between an old response and a chosen response. You can rehearse language, identify the point where you tend to stop, and create a more useful sequence for the next attempt. The work stays practical and connected to your own reasons for change.
- Disbelief about the goal or your ability to reach it
- Low self-esteem, shame, or inadequacy
- Apathy or depression affecting momentum
- Introversion and the pressure of unfamiliar situations
- Imposter syndrome
- Indecision about which direction is right
Professional guidance
Context for NLP
NLP may be considered as part of a collaborative plan for concerns such as:
- Stress and the language you use when pressure rises
- Performance anxiety in work, public speaking, auditions, tests, or sports
- Fears and phobias, including fear of flying
- Feeling stuck when the next step is unclear
- Indecisiveness and the need to make a more whole decision
- Goal achievement, self-esteem, and rehearsing a new response

Licensed LMFT, hypnosis, and NLP
What a licensed LMFT can address, and where hypnotherapy and NLP applies
Psychotherapy can address the root causes of relationships with self, others as well as patterns, emotions and behaviors. Hypnosis is recommended for specific change in habits, patterns as well as learning new skills or adopting new qualities. NLP works with the mind, language and behavior to create successful positive changes.
I am a licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, certified hypnotherapist, and NLP practitioner. I have a variety of approaches and create a treatment plan reflected in your objectives.
Online sessions are available for adults located anywhere in California. A first consultation is a chance to ask questions, describe the situation you want to change, decide whether my way of working feels like fit and assess whether you feel comfortable with me: the best results are produced when clients are comfortable with their psychotherapist.
